Comments:
Worked all day then watched the girls while Sara visited with family. Our brother-in-law, Evan (marries to Sara’s sister Jill) - his Dad had a stroke and was rushed to Stanford Days ago. Thankfully he lived and they just got back into town so Sara went over there to hear some of the deets.
I’ll make up for today by running 2 days in a row, but no shame getting more Core in!
