Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tried another go at running today with some ankle support. It went fine, about what I could handle. Stiff feel a bit of tightness. Its just something to work through, shows the effort I have been putting in recently, which I guess is one upside... I hope new shoes can rectify this over time. Went up to Cascadilla and back under Green St.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch and roll outside since even out there for 20 minutes I was sweating pretty bad. Ewww. Look to get some ice and more rolling later. Achilles not tight just moving around but I can tell the running aggravates it a little bit, just enough so I can run through it.
