Comments:
Overall decent conditions for a run, little muggy and gusts of wind seemed quicker than iphone weather but nothing to complain about. Woke up late and felt groggy from being tired and my two day hangovers. However, after I woke up, had a bagel with pb, some coffee, shit, warmup, I felt alright. Wanted to take this run on the easy side because of my increase mileage, which I did based on my HR but the pace was quicker than last week overall. Good to see my fitness improving. Felt relaxed for the first half, little heavy in the middle, then great during the last 4-5 ish. Some light rain around miles 7 and 10 which brought some wind gusts but was a nice mix overall. Didn't want to close quick like last time but I felt good so that turned into just not as fast. Didn't feel too bad on the pleasant st hill which was nice. Overall great HR and great pace. Felt good despite being groggy/hungover. Good solid run.
