June 7, 2020 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 70ish and sunny, with low humidity
Comments:
Jack Rudnick ran to my house and we set off at 8:30am. East to Rock Creek, entering at Northampton, Western Ridge to Soapstone and home vias Brandywine and Reno. Felt better, thanks to the cooler, less humid weather. Conversation was interesting throughout and I even found the energy to get it down to low 7:30s for the final mile, despite surely dragging on every uphill before that. Can't say as I felt fresh, but I didn't feel awful. On my feet most of the afternoon at the GDS graduation "drive thru" and for a mini-solidarity demonstration along Connecticut Ave in the late afternoon with family and locals.
