Weather: 75-77 WNW 10 mph wind 30% HUM
Comments:
Wind was meh a times but overall not bad. Humidity was low so didn't seem too hot. Should have gone out in the morning, don't want to overload my shin with hockey tonight. Didn't feel great but easy run anyways. When I got down to 7:09 pace on libby I felt like I was walking, weird. Settled back in though. HR was 141, want these easy days to be 130s but not bad. Probably need to look into getting another pair of K's if I don't want to bust the St. Paddy's ones. Trying to hit 68 this week...maybe a double tomorrow or Thursday?
