Weather: Cool but comfortable
Comments:
Really nice run this morning. Legs didn't have their normal tiredness and the run felt far more fluid than running has done recently. Steady pace the whole way and didn't feel that I was taking any strain. Slightly slower time than last week, but that's OK. Good run.
