Early run. 20:00 min warmup over to UNCW at 530am. 5:00 at 6:08 pace, 4:00 jog, 4:00 at 5:52 pace, 3:00 jog, 3:00 at 5:40 pace, 2:00 jog, 2:00 at 5:28 pace, then 1:00 jog, then 76 sec quarter. Good base workout. Hard because it was step down. 4 miles on the track total. 6 miles total over and back for 10 miles on the day.
