Comments:
Goal: ladder - 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. The pace chart in RL, RF is right on. I can run 400 and even 800 faster (probably shouldn't), but the 1200 and 1600 were challenging. Hit all paces, exceeded 400 & 800.
