Snowy Tempo

Comments:
So its really hard to keep up tempo pace when there's snow on the ground. I tried to keep it as honest as I could without killing myself though. Was a little under 6min pace which is decent. Felt good. My hip didn't bother me at all. It was probably just getting used to running in snow again. Did 4 moving up from 3 last week. Overall good tempo.
