Salad Bowl + Park Park

Back out on a nice beautiful day. Trying out my new shoes. Achilles has been feeling ok but its time to give it a go. Went up to plantations and went for it. Shoes feel pretty good. A mix of stiff stability and soft cushion. Feel a bit like slippers. Very light. Not used to that. I hope they hold up for longer runs. Good news is Achilles felt manageable and it was so refreshing to get out there. Felt weird though that I was doing 7 miles a few weeks ago, and this is all I pulled together today. Finished up around Park Park then back up the hill.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Got a good stretch in on the grass, just chillin in the shade. Rolling out as well when I got home in the calves and quads. I think the calf sleeve was fine, not too restricting, probably helped. Here is to getting back out there and back up. With weather like this, I am stoked.
