Weather: 2 Celsius at the start but warmed up a little
Comments:
Decided to do 18km after missing Thursday's run. For the first 6 or 7km, I regretted this decision, but seemed to ease into the run after that. The last 2km are tough and slow but other than that I really enjoyed the run and pleased that I made the extra effort.
