Back out there. Sleeved up again. Good call I think it helped. Felt pretty good again today, new shoes are settling in well. Ran out Plain then cut over to the protests on the Commons, then added around under Green St bridge and back. Good to see folks out. They had some nice weather. Felt good to cruize. Wasnt too sore from kayaking this morning.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got a good stretch and roller out. Both calves are kinda weak it feels. Maybe my recent running style. Rolling out helps and could also use some ice later. That was almost too cold though.
