Long run with Sassy on incredible rail trail.

Comments:
7 miles of hard running at 721 with a cooldown mile at 745. First 6 with Sassy, stopped for 10 seconds at a downed tree and then ran another mile at 714 to close out the long run pre-cd. Basically flat and soft.
