Home from Farmers Market

Comments:
Keeping consistent. Got a ride to the Farmers Market then came home via. the railroad tracks and Cayuga St. It was a solid run nice an sustained pace. Achilles was a little sore starting out then felt fine and I got into the groove. There were lots of people out so I had to be careful and move around to avoid folks. It was also kinda hot today, worked up a sweat.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch but mostly sitting and pondering. Both calves are tight, need to roll them out and build up some strength there.
