Pretty full day ... Have two TM’s who have low-grade fevers .....per protocol they either have to be out 10days or see a Dr and get a note saying it’s not COVID-related in order to come back to work within that 10-day window.

On a positive note, we are going through the book “Integrity” by Henry Cloud (for the 3rd time now as a Director Team). We try and do it once a year (5-6wks). Incredible book ... It’s a leadership book that doesn’t focus on “how to lead” (in a “do this or that”) more importantly, Cloud breaks down “Who are you as a Leader” with the premise “Character is the courage to meet the demands of reality” with these 6 qualities of character that define integrity:

1. The ability to connect authentically (builds trust)
2. To be oriented toward truth (to seek understanding reality)
3. To be oriented toward growth (seeing & shaping the future/reinventing continuously)
4. To be able to embrace the negative reality (acceptance of reality)
5. To be able to Finish Well (Perseverance/resiliency)
6. To be able to be Transcendent (seeing the bigger picture, including oneself “what kind of wake are you leaving? Can people “ski” in that wake?)

This book really makes you reflect on who you are and therefore, how you’re leading. Good stuff.

Did simple core routine at home, stretched, rolled out. Yeah pretty chill night with Sara.
