Comments:
Nice to get a run in at cooler temps. Didn't feel great off the start but the first couple pick ups felt easy. Decided to crush Kevin's Whitman climb and also beat Nolan's by 1 sec. That messed up the rest of the workout though. Did 25 or so min warm up the was supposed to do 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 with 1min rest instead did 1-2-3-1:11(hill climb)-4 ( was supposed to do 3 but spaced out)-2:02-1:00. Took the first 3 slower to prep for the hill, and it felt easy. The 4:00 and 2:00 were up hill and legs were dead from the hill sprint lol. Kept the pace up a little for the cool down. Forgot to turn off auto lap so got mad laps on the garmin. Also, Garmin says peaking?! Nice I guess lol
