Good day today ... Did 5 Coaching Check-in's (ie: Reviews), 1-on-1 w/ Joel (Assistant Director of DT), and had an "emergency meeting" with a Team Member who is going through a hard season of life right now. This is the fun stuff - to do "life giving" stuff ... Great conversations, put on my coaching hat, listened, and asked questions. I only have 40 more Check-in's to go! lol (I have a team of 46 ... about to grow to 70 lol)
Really tough run today. Tired from about 6 hours of sleep + all the check-ins today - the Central Nervous System was fatigued! Too much mental activity (+ less sleep) = no bueno. Felt heavy and tired. Got it in though!
