Weather: 63 and overcast, some humidity

Comments:
Ran over to meet Sam behind his house at 7am. He'd proposed repeat miles on Ft. Reno Fields. I was perfectly happy when he suggested we change that to a steady 3.5 mile run through AU Park. I didn't feel crumby, but I didn't feel light and fresh either. His 9 minute pace was just what I needed, and I opened up my stride a tad and was at 7:30 pace for the final half mile home. As we'd come to a pause outside Sam's, Gary Bronstein re-introduced himself to me and we chatted for a bit.
