Comments:
Felt a little stiff this morning, tried to get out earlier but still out around the same time. Felt decent off the start, good weather little wind. Decided to not look at my watch which I like, made the run get quicker faster but stayed consistent after that. AVG 7:00 but most miles were 6:55ish with 11 at 6:45. Felt relaxed, HR was good. Thought I tweaked my right Achilles around 3.5 in...but was fine after about a 1/4 mile. New shoes are rocking, using the lace lock from now on, maybe it'll help my feet/toes. Only really feel shin when putting pressure on it. Garmin still on productive.
