Comments:
I can feel the humidity rolling back in. 5 miles, very smooth run for how tight my legs are, 725, 721, 650, 655, cooldown at 740, ran downtown, but did 3 and 4 in a large gravel parking lot which was great for my legs. Felt good ish.
