Weather: Cold but no wind, so comfortable
Comments:
Really struggled with my breathing rhythm - probably need to start a little slower. Even walked a short way after 1km to regulate the breathing a bit. Settled down somewhat towards the end and ended up doing a better pace than last week, but still way off my best time since lockdown started.
