Did a bunch of core/strengthening .... and for the first-time ever ... I tried Yoga (No joke - I’ve never done it!) ... I found a 30min Vid on Youtube and (pitifully) followed along. My GAWD I’m inflexible. I freakin couldn’t do like 80% of the “poses” ... And the ones “I could do” .... hurt! Lol ... Wow ... I see why it’s so popular - I really enjoyed the breathing (although as I struggled my breathing got out of whack), but the positions are pretty cool - just different. My hips got stretched a ton which I was thankful for ... again, it exposed how tight I am... I think I’m gonna keep this going - liked it a lot.
