Comments:
Easy Wednesday (like training calls for) instead of mid-week long for a change. Doubling twice this week and doing my workout tomorrow instead of Friday because long run Saturday morning. Felt sluggish at first then got into a groove. Humid as fucking hell. Tomorrow will be difficult. Need to ice my shin & foot. Garmin went from unproductive to recovery lmao...I mean that is better but I need to get back into my productive training. Tomorrow's runs should help with that.
