Comments:
Got up at 5:30 (bed 5:40) no problem, felt good. Did the warm up, top of left foot still hurts, had some water and went out at 6:15ish. Chill warmup to the track, saw Akere in his car leaving - boss. People walking in the first lane on the track are the worst. After I pass you at high speeds, if you are still in the first lane when I come back around I should be able to absolutely truck you. Anyways, did 6x800 workout at tempo again. Felt way easier than the first time I did it. Didn't exactly hit the paces as I was supposed to 2:55,55,50,50,45,45 but still solid. Muffed the first one so the last one was part of the "cool down" Last two started to get harder but they were the quickest. Cool down chillin as well. Little less humid than usual and Garmin back to productive, greaaaat.
