Haven't been logging my workouts as much as I should have lately, so recent posts are quick and dirty and possibly wrong. I think I'm missing a few too. Ooops!

Workout wasn't bad today. I've been trying to take it easy and get over this lingering hamstring/glute soreness. The leg feels pretty good until I start to go faster than a 7 minute mile. Then it just feels sore, like I had just raced the day before (lactic acid build-up?), but no pain to speak of. I can hit my sprints okay, but the easier training (and extra working) lately has hurt my endurance a bit. Still evaluating everything to figure out what exactly is going on.
