Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It rained all morning, good thing we didnt go camping. It tapered off but was still pretty humid out. Ran up to campus then came down Gun Hill. It was slow moving today, but I felt good. Kinda tired at spots. Just drenched in the sweat though. Had to cool down and rehydrate today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch outside. Had some cramps today so I took it easy, not too worn out. Hope I can bring the mileage back up now.
