Comments:
Dropped off at Cass and came back on the water front trail. Braved the heat today. Felt nice and quick, but my left legs seized up a few time, felt kinda weird. Pushed through it on the way down Cayuga and got a few opportunities to stretch it out at stop lights. Glad I fit in at 4 even though it was hot.
Essentials: Stretch
Little stretch outside. Need to strengthen my ankles and get some more mobility in there as I build up miles.
