Great run. It's feeling really good to be able to crush runs like this on a weeknight and feel good. Finally feel like my legs are really back under me.
Noticed something about my heartrate too. I'm pretty sure that sweat screws with it. It seems like any time I start sweating a bit my watch starts reporting my heartrate way too high. On this run I noticed the hr chart was a perfectly flat line at 167 the whole run. That's pretty strange, that never happens. I also noticed that my cadence was very consistently 165 the whole run. Coincidence? I'm not entirely sure but I'm suspicious. Because todays run felt very comfortable and easy. I would have called my heartrate in the 150's maybe low 160's. Just something to keep an eye on.
