5.75 total on the high school track really wanted 80 miles this month and did it, 80 at the start with 80% humidity. Splits were perfect and legs felt solid. First 3 at 720 then 709 followed by a 651!!! woot, A couple stride in the last 1/4 and .5 cooldown.
