Comments:
Easy run, little tired waking up - a trend this week which is not 'boading' well for the long run...will try to recover today. Need to ice and soak, shin was a little sharp pain last 0.5-65 miles. Felt decent but not great, good to take it short and easy. Slated for 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 /1 min off tomorrow for 10-11 miles. Friday off should be good to recover in the AM, hang with Mollie, and get a good rest for the long run Saturday AM before Brad's ...shaping up to be a better week than expected but it all falls on the long run
