Tenley meet up at 6:15. Feeling a few random aches from the long bike yesterday and was definitely a bit dehydrated, but the slow pace and short route made it all tolerable. Back roads to Bishop's Garden and Beauvoir playground and back, past Rosedale and along Wisc. Ended up getting Myles to join me for the run home at a quicker pace. Played a lackluster set of tennis with David around 3pm in the hot sun.
