Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Still cool in the morning but no wind and definitely not as bad as it was!
Comments:
Slow start but picked it up nicely on the second half. Segments, particularly Kuisis Road, was very slow - the slowest I've been in a long time but the overall time wasn't that bad, but still a lot slower than May. Must be getting old!
