Comments:
no music. ran .4 slow warm-up then stopped an stretched. Started 5K at 8:40 then quickly sped up to 8:06 for most of the first two miles, most of which were at 0.5% gradient, with a bit of 1.0 and 1.5% mixed in. Then at beginning of final mile sped up sharply to 6:40, then 6:35 at .75 left, then progresively faster and faster (as fast as 5 something?)...6:28 mile. scary.
