Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Very warm for a winter's morning!
Comments:
A bit of an iffy run. Not my worst effort by an stretch of the imagination but I just felt that it was a bit of a slog. Took regular walk breaks. Had sections when I felt that I was running well and others when it felt like a real struggle but it wasn't too bad and I certainly got the step count in!
