Pretty hungover but more so tired from Jack's yesterday. Got 8 or so hours but only charged my body battery 2 points lmao. I suck at drinking now. Anyways, wanted to get a full 7 days of running and Mollie was going to run long so it worked. Went to the canal so we didn't have to do a route. Plan was to do like 4 but decided to do 7. Could have done 6 actually to get to 75 but I fudged the math, mush brain. Ran 6 with Mollie slow. First 3 out were good, 3 back were slower in the wind, then I added the 7th on my own at 7:20 pace. Absolutely shit straight soup with like .08 to go, brutal porto poop.Solid week of training. Highest mileage in a while. This is going pretty well. Hit a quick fitzsy after this...easy peasy
