Comments:
Weird double...about 2.25-2.50 miles in my left quad got really tight and felt weird. I was also tired on this one...about time I was tired lol. Need to get up and run before I get my labs done tomorrow if I wanna miss the heat...fasting will suck. We'll see. Garmin went from peaking to productive
