Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longest run in a bit. Felt pretty good. Brought the hip water bottle which was the right call after last week. Without a shirt though it gets a bit of chaffing going on. Either need a shirt or a layer of fabric. Tbd on that
Heart rate isn't a typo I have no idea why it's that low, doesn't seem correct.
