Comments:
My mom wanted to get some excercise and it was about time I got started on my workouts for track. So we jogged i had to turn around ALOT and go back and get her, but it was good. I ran about 3 miles with all the turning :). I did the dynamic warm up and 3x20 squats with 15 exploding squats at the end, and 2x20 lunges. Also level abs, 15 sec x 3.
