Weather: 75 and very humid

Comments:
Tried to get up early to beat the heat with mixed results, started the watch right when I could see the edge of the sun to make this work probably should have started 20 minutes earlier 5x723 with splits as follows. 749, 734, 729, 717, 641, very pleased, last mile is inflated because of strides, closer to 705 pace. At this point the sun was fully hammering and it was in the 80s so I did a 1.5 mile cooldown at 745 to reach my weekly goals.
