Comments:
Nealy Summer Training camp annual ass kicking.

Obnoxiously long run/hike with huge elevation gain. We ran out of water like 5 miles from the last water drop and almost ran into real issues. Should have packed some sort of electrolyte solution as well.

Most of the day was extremely enjoyable. 5 hours of good running and hiking made for an extreme workout. It's good to push the limits every now and then to see just what you can do.
