Well, I felt okay in the beginging. I was favoring my left leg alot because it was really hurting.
I don't know exactly how to pinpoint the exact location of where the pain is coming from. Every time I use my left leg I feel a sharp pain shoot up my leg. Its centered on the inside of my leg around the knee. when I woke up Tuesday morning it was AWFUL i could barely walk.
I felt really frustrated and disapointed after this run. I DO NOT WANT TO BE HURT! I iced on and off until i went to sleep and then on tuesday morning I got in the tub with a big bag of ice for about 20 minutes. Im walking better than i did when i woke up.
I plan on attempting to run tonight at practice. Im going to bring my bike as a back-up but lets pray that a miracle happens and it gets better soon! I want to run!
