Weather: 9 Degrees, no wind - just about perfect running conditions.
Comments:
My best run in quite some time. Ran the whole way with no walking - the first time that I've done that in a number of weeks. Felt good, steady pace throughout and a really good workout. Great running weather helped, but more like this, please!
