Comments:
Another lovely run, with just one short walk. Legs felt a little more tired, especially towards the end of the run, but the time suggests that I was running slightly harder than yesterday, so that's not surprising. In fact, if I hadn't taken the walk, I probably would have broken the 7min/km barrier!
