Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a longer version of Dana Place. Yesterday, my left hamstring tendon was a little tight, but I didn't think much of it. Today, it started off pretty tight, and then by the end of the run was in a lot of pain. I finished the run, hobbling the last couple of miles, very slowly, and when I got back, I was in no position to be doing the strength routine. Rolled and stretched instead. Iced later. Talked to Late Night. He says keeping the posterior chain loose should help, take it day by day. Hopefully after a day off tomorrow, I can run Saturday for a little bit at least. This is no fun. I just want to run without something hurting.
