Comments:
Tried running on the treadmill. Tendon felt good until about a mile in, and then started to ache a little so I just stepped off. Will try again tomorrow, really been loosening up today and icing the tendon so hopefully I can run like 5 miles tomorrow with minimal soreness and go back to around 60 the next week.
