Comments:
Weather really nice to run in at the moment. But it's been a while since I've done 15km and it showed! Started slowly to conserve energy and lost time stopping for a loo & water break at Glenfair and a quick chat to Adri. Otherwise, I would have broken 2 hours. Legs certainly got tired towards the end, but overall I felt OK and despite the slow time, I am happy that I did the distance - still a comfortable sub-3 21km pace.
