A little behind of CAAALORIES ... I could tell - energy was slightly off and I felt hungry lol. Full day of running and working yesterday. Stride and fitness felt fine, though. However, I did sign up for a Backyard Ultra! The "4mph Challenge" up in McCloud, CA (near Mt. Shasta).... https://shastatrailruns.com/event/4mph-challenge/
This actually really excites me - a new challenge - super low-key and such a simple (yet daunting!) concept ... Although, I'm intrigued by the mental component and curious to see what are my current mental limits and abilities.
