Comments:
Not to be confused with the 49th St. Loop from GDS. Go out on CCT to Dorset/Oliver across to 39th and all the way back to Fessenden, then come home past the Shroom via Mass Ave and then backtrack through the CCT/neighborhood. Felt really sluggish and slow on this, and my hamstring started bothering me again during it, but not really painful. Tighter than it has been in the previous few days. I think icing and rolling has been helping a lot so I'm just going to keep going with it. Virtual B day with Griffin after.
