Comments:
Felt pretty tired when I woke up, did this one a lil late like 7:15am. Coffee and poop before. Mediocre warm up. Callus on bottom left foot hurt for a mile or so. Left shin is officially back in pain...fuck. Need to ice everyday. Probably doing my long run Sunday am and 6 miles tomorrow. This felt more difficult than yesterday's 12. HR was good though. Counting this as an easy run...not sure when I'll get into 2 workouts/week. Garmin still on productive, vo2 70, load at 798
