I knew this was going to be a tough one from Friday night's endeavors. Snoozed from 5:30-7:00am like a dumb ass. 1/2 Bagel, PB, banana. Out around 8:15am at 72, ended around 80...oof. Did not hydrated nearly enough yesterday, big mistake. I did go out a little quicker than usual, but nothing that should have killed me. I was feeling good the first 8-9 or so miles then the cold sweats started and I tanked. Felt like absolute ass. Took my first break at the storage stop light sprinklers, then a longer break at the top of the SFX hill. Then a piss break and water at memes and finished. First bad long run in a while I think wind did not help last 4...also first 80 mile week in a while. Absolute BOZO for doing yip on Friday with my race coming up...need a cleanse this week and weekend...Still glad I hit 80 though. Not sure what I'm going to do this coming week, maybe like 75?
